We are so pleased with IDL’s level of service. A couple of issues this afternoon were managed quickly by Bree, receptionist, Nathan and Jordan Collene, our service tech. Thanks to all of them.But especially Jordan, who figured out immediately where a break in line was and repaired it. Glad he’s looking after our yard for us!!

IDL Service Tech Brandon Carter came today to repair “Old Faithful” ie: one of my irrigation zones developed a crack and the geyser was most impressive (pearl clutching happened, not gonna lie) and extremely stressful + disheartening. IDL did not install my system, much to my deep and ongoing regret but they have come and fixed it TWICE, and nobody but IDL is going to touch my system or the backflow requred testing ever again- what they do is done right and much piece of mind is achieved. I could not be more pleased and will 100% do business with IDL Company again, just like I said I would in my review for the prior catastrophe. IDL shows up on time and in fact I got a call today and they had an early opening for which I was grateful. The work is done promptly and correctly. I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic business.

Well, I don’t normally give an “atta boy” to someone for doing their job (nor do I tip someone for handing me a cup of coffee) but given my previous experience with a sprinkler repair vendor in Lees Summit, felt I needed to compliment IDL. The previous wingnuts cost me $1400, mostly to find my control boxes. Also, they replaced the same solenoids 2-3 times, and charged me for them, griped the whole time about the quality of the sprinkler valves (Hunter) and were here 2 days before giving up, said it was “mostly fixed” and there was nothing more they could do. Jordon from IDL, jumped right in, replaced 4 diaphragms,, 2 or 3 solenoids, a crimped pipe and it was less than 1/2 the cost of the other chowderheads. Now i can actually water my entire lawn for the first time in 2 years. Jordon did not even whine about the heat or having to dig out 4 boxes, it really was kind of back breaking work. In conclusion boss people, buy this guy lunch, he deserves it!

Very were very happy with the quality of work and respect for our property. While adding an irrigation system will always cause some scarring to an established lawn, they took care to minimize the damage. They were respectful and cleaned up after they finished. Highly recommend them!

IDL installed our sprinkler system installed in 2016. They also created a drainage solution for 2 downspouts and a sump discharge. IDL did a fabulous job from the providing the estimates to installation. They set themselves apart from their competitors as I inquired with 3 other companies. I was also glad that our kids’ school contracted IDL during an expansion phase.Since 2016 I have only used IDL for winterization and the back-flow test to start up. Tyler did a great job in optimizing our system upon start-up. I believe he is a long-term employee and definitely represents the company well. I give IDL Company and Tyler the highest review and I recommend them with great enthusiasm!

I was wondering if my system had been damaged during some concrete work that was done, had water bubbling up near the driveway. After contacting IDL they had a technician on-site the next day. Tyler W was very professional, verified and corrected the problem within 30 min. He was also able to make few other adjustments for the system to work optimally. The entire service visit took less than one hour and he arrived early in the scheduled two hour scheduling window.
