Technician Jordan Collene arrived promptly this morning and identified himself as a tech with IDL. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our irrigation system and began repairs. Once completed he had me come outside to review his work and answer any questions. He cleaned up the work area and then together we walked through each of my zones to identify any heads in need of repair or adjustment. I strongly recommend any homeowner or business who has an irrigation system in need of service to reach out to IDL Company. They will not be disappointed.

Update: Stan really came through today, untangling our sprinkler system and getting us up and running in much better shape!!We have been using IDL for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend IDL for your irrigation needs. Tyler was my sales and design professional. Juan and Fly did my install. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my new irrigation system. Tyler taught me how to run my system from an app on my phone. Juan and Fly left a nice clean jobsite when they were done.

I have had a difficult drainage issue since our streets, curbs, and driveways were redone at the end of last summer. IDL also tackled replacing my main line after it was broken having the driveway redone, which involved tunneling under my new driveway. I am grateful for their expertise and responsiveness. The utility company broke one of the lines to my sprinkler system a couple of months ago. When I turned on the sprinklers last week, one of the zones didn’t work. I called IDL after I saw one of their service vehicles driving in my neighborhood and I’m glad I did! After previously using a lawncare company with less than desirable results, I needed a change. Tyler and Stan came out and made my irrigation problems go away…even when one of them involved cracked tubing under concrete. They were knowledgeable, calm, and a pleasure to work with…true professionals! Shianne in the office is also a joy to talk to on the phone. I hired IDL to repair a drainage problem for water discharged from my sump pump. Tyler came out first to investigate and determined the cause. Then, today, Chris and Dakota came out and had the problem repaired in less than an hour. They did a great job and they were quick about it. They left the work area looking better than when they arrived. I was impressed. Highly recommended.

Had another great experience with IDL Great customer service when making the initial appointment with the office and the follow-up appointment for the repair. Both times they worked around our schedule. Our Service Technician Jordan did a great job working with our irrigation system, tracking down the water line and then later an electrical wire the landscaper cut when putting in our trees. Jordan was friendly and took time to make sure everything was working correctly and adjusted a couple of sprinkler heads that were watering the wrong area. We will continue to use IDL and recommend them to those that ask.
