We recently had a full irrigation system installed. From start to finish, each person was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Tyler designed our system and took the time to make sure there was adequate coverage and pressure. Chris and his installation crew (Dakota and Tyler) were friendly and professional. They were careful during the install and made sure the yard is ready for the final grade and sod. They took lots of time explaining the app so we will be able to better run the system, too. This is a great company that takes pride in their work and values their customers. We would recommend them to anyone.

The best in the area when it comes to irrigation systems. They are dedicated and passionate about their job. Jake, Matt and Philie delivered a great working system over 3 days of hard work. Tyler, the manager, stopped by every day to check on their progress and give his crew a hand. They did the necessary tuning to get the best possible coverage out of the system. I highly recommend IDL for anything related to irrigation systems.Update:One line was punctured and caused a leak every time I turned on the system. Happened after an aeration! I told Tyler about it. We messaged them online for a broken sprinkler head, they responded quickly to the message and were able to come out that same week to fix the problem. The repairman was kind and helpful. He was able to fix the broken pipe and head of our sprinkler and move a different sprinkler head for us, quickly and well done. He was also very respectful of our yard, it basically looks like it did before we had the work done! I would highly recommend them!!

IDL Service Tech Rob Sanders came to repair my “core aerated” irrigation system & while here also replaced my old controller, a long time problem. Rob was extremely knowledgable and got my system up and running better than it was since I got it an inground irrigation system around 18 months ago (other company will remain unnamed). I could not be more pleased and will 100% do business with IDL Company again. Just had our sprinklers installed by IDL and we can’t recommend them enough!! From the first phone call to the final installation the process was smooth and everyone was so kind and helpful! Our yard looks the same as it did before the sprinklers, they were very careful to leave things the way they found them! They even went out of their way to bring our trash dumpster from the curb to the garage for us! 10/10 recommend!

The crew did an outstanding job on extending our s 2 year old sprinkler system. They paid close attention to existing landscaping and plantings.After trenching the sod was replaced and patted down into place. They even watered until the system was up and running.The guys were polite all of the time. When finished, we went over every zone and each sprinkler for direction and velocity. They moved everything back in its place (rocks from landscaping). They stayed until we said all was perfect.Highly recommend IDL for you watering needs.

IDL Rocks – I had a zone that needed more water and was prepared for them to change out 9 of my heads. When Jon arrived he suggested we leave the heads and replace the nozzles to rotary ones. He did just that dialed in the zone and I now have more water in that area than I have had since day 1and the heads are more water friendly too. He then proceeded to check every single head in my yard and dial them in so they were perfect and straightened a head that needed it.Cannot say enough about how professional and friendly Jon was and he listened to what I wanted and did not try and over sell me with anything. If you need sprinkler system service or repair I cannot say enough about how prompt and professional they are!

Scott was out last week to start up my sprinkler system and perform a backflow test. He arrived on time and was very professional. Once he performed the test, he recalibrated the sprinklers for best coverage, went through my Hydrawise app and created a better schedule for watering, and discussed best practices for the summer. I really appreciate the extra effort he took to make sure my system was going to feed my yard properly and discuss with me what I should do during the summer.

Rob serviced our irrigation system this morning to get it up and running for the summer. He made sure he was aware of any particular areas of the yard that needed special attention and made sure I was fully informed about what he did. I called IDL because I had very low pressure in my older sprinkler system. There were a few line/root issues but the main problem was that I live in an older neighborhood and the pressure fluctuates greatly. Rob came out and determined that aside from the repairs, I needed a booster pump to keep the water pressure at the appropriate level when the system was running. I was concerned that I needed a whole new system but the booster pump fixed my issue! Rob and John were the two that got things installed and running properly and they were fantastic to work with throughout. I also have to give a shout out to Danielle who worked to get things moving fast and was a pleasure to speak to when I called.I’ve used a lot of companies for a wide range of things around my house and IDL ranks at the top. I’m particular about how things get handled and this was a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend IDL!

Chris, Devan and Dakota performed my Irrigation install. On almost an acre lot they performed remarkably ensuring I had full coverage while answering all my questions. They were extremely professional and never complained while having to hand dig out tree roots and big boulders. They were kind to our animals and even trimmed the hedges while on the job. They were very quick clean and professional and wouldn’t recommend anybody else to get this job done.

Stan and Rob are the top notch irrigation experts. My yard was a war zone, strewn with used cars, rusted farm implements and dirty clothes. Amongst all that mess they were able to find all the broken lines and unearth some buried nozzles. Every thing is all fixed now! and My pet raccoon even took a liking to them!

Juan and Felipe did a fabulous job of installing a comprehensive drainage system in our swamp of a back yard — the swamp is gone! And you can hardly tell they dug trenches and installed several yards of drainage pipe. They even put the leftover dirt where we wanted and leveled it out! Truly, they went above and beyond our expectations. We will certainly recommend IDL.
